- Boil one cup of water (180 ml)
- Water Temperature: 90°C - 95°C (194 °F - 205 °F)
- When the water starts to boil, add one teaspoon of Chai
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Add half a cup of milk (if you want it milkier, go for 1 cup of water to 1 cup of milk)
- Let it simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated and you get the rich toffee color
- Add in sugar and let it boil again
- Strain the tea and serve hot
