Winner of Gold Star Award at Great Taste Awards - Doke Black Fusion is the most cherished tea in our black tea collection. This Indian Black Tea features a refined fusion of sweet and sugary aromas with a bit of a pungent taste.
An intense amber note with a slightly bitter-sweet taste from Assamica tea leaves gives a distinctive trait to this black tea. You can rebrew this tea thrice with higher water temperature and more prolonged infusions.
- Recommended: With water
- Tea Per (250ml) Cup: 2 Teaspoons (4gm)
- Water Temperature: 90°C / 194°F for a complete layered profile with a buttery texture and rose aroma
- Water Temperature: 96°C / 205°F for a more substantial profile with malty and robust flavors and a hint of molasses
- Steep Time: 1 - 2 Minutes
