Indian Spice Chai
Tea is always a thoughtful gift, and our Indian Spice Chai is a twist on tradition. The blend of green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, fennel, and star anise will have a sweet aroma that will wake up your taste buds with a refreshing finish.
- Boil one cup of water
- When the water starts to boil, add one teaspoon of Chai
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Add half a cup of milk (if you want it milkier, go for 1 cup of water to 1 cup of milk)
- Let it simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated and you get the rich toffee color
- Add in sugar and let it boil again
- Strain the tea and serve hot
