- Preheat a bowl with hot water and then empty it. Dry the bowl with a clean cloth.
- Add 1.5 teaspoons or 2 grams of matcha green tea powder to the bowl
- Pour 50-60 ml of hot water (Temp: about 80°C or 175°F) into the bowl.
- Use your wrist to whisk the Matcha Powder rapidly in a ‘W’ motion
- Slowly lift the whisk after a thick froth with many tiny bubbles has formed
- Add more water according to your taste and enjoy the lusciously smooth Matcha flavor
